Use the web forms to submit a Residential Lease Application or a Guarantor Application.

There is a $25 processing fee for residential applications, for which you can make an ACH payment using your checking account through the payment portal, or you my bring a check, cashier's check or money order, made payable to Principle Realty to the office.

There is no additional fee for processing guarantor applications.
